CIRED 2015 Conference

On the November 10.-11.- th 2015 and in the Dvořák Hotel in the Czech town of Tábor, there was a national conference of the Czech Committee of CIRED. CIRED is an international conference on electricity distribution networks that informs the professional community about the latest knowledge in the field at two-year intervals. There were many interesting lectures from experts working in both the private and academic sectors at the conference. Lectures and expert discussions were devoted to areas of power equipment, planning of distribution network development, control systems, protection and other dispatching control equipment. The conference traditionally dealt with issues of electricity quality, electromagnetic compatibility and industrial energy, including cogeneration, issues of diffuse production and issues related to market liberalization and trade of electricity.
