Seminar CHAINING OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEVIATION AND CHANGE OF BALANCE GROUP

On April 11, 2024, a hybrid seminar entitled CHAINING RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEVIATION AND CHANGE OF BALANCE GROUP, organized by SFÉRA, a.s. and the ENERGOKLUB platform, was held in Bratislava.

The amendment of electricity market rules by the Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO), which entered into force on 1 January 2024, brought several significant changes. Among the most significant are the facilitation of imbalance responsibility chaining or the balance group change process, for which OKTE as the operator of the short-term electricity market now assumes responsibility.

At the seminar, these topics were discussed with experts, as well as novelties in determining the final electricity consumption for the application of system operation tariffs (TPS) and system services (TSS).
